Remove alternative versions of splash page
See original GitHub issueIn pages/splash/ there are multiple alternative versions of splash page (like splash_ah0.html or splash_ai0.html) most of them are not used anymore.
We should remove all the alternative versions of splash except for splash_at0.html and splash_at1.html.
