White Background when Hovering Over Sign In Button

When hovering over the Sign In
button on the landing page, the background behind the button turns white.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to http://localhost:8181/splash
- Hover over
Sign In
Observed behavior The background behind the button turns white.
Expected behavior The background should remain green like the other buttons.
