The above website linked by @EVAST9919 is not maintained or edited by the osu! team in any capacity. It is strictly unofficial.
Currently the only official place grouping custom rulesets (that I know of) is https://github.com/ppy/osu/issues/5852. You can watch the particular ruleset repositories for new releases on github if you so desire.
This is out of scope for now. It will be coming eventually but likely not before the game reaches feature parity with stable.
