Tutorial references do not come out as clickable links

In docs/tutorials/03_european_call_option_pricing.ipynb (I did not check others) there are 3 links in the main description up front. One in the first sentence and then 2 as bullet points as below

    Quantum Risk Analysis. Woerner, Egger. 2018.
    Option Pricing using Quantum Computers. Stamatopoulos et al. 2019.

In the preview here they are clickable links - when published out as Sphinx they do not come out as links at all. I think it may be that they are formatted using html link syntax which is not be processed as such when docs are built out.

I wanted to write like you wrote [Whatever text I want](https://thelink.com), but mine became an actual link. haha.

I will look into tutorials and fix the formats of links. Also, I will simply headers like # Portfolio Optimization.
