`expand-all-hidden-comments` doesn't work for PR conversations

- The bug is caused by Refined GitHub. It doesn’t happen if I disable the extension.
Include in this issue:
- Screenshots/video/gif demonstrating the bug, if it’s visual
- Console errors, if any
Description
I would expect that the expand-all-hideen-comments
feature to work on expanding large sections of hidden conversations on PRs. But it does not, it only expands 20 at a time.
