`expand-all-hidden-comments` doesn't work for PR conversations

Please ensure:

• The bug is caused by Refined GitHub. It doesn’t happen if I disable the extension.

Description

I would expect that the expand-all-hideen-comments feature to work on expanding large sections of hidden conversations on PRs. But it does not, it only expands 20 at a time.

We can implement it with a loop. Didn’t we do that at some point? Or maybe I’m just thinking of the dashboard infinite scroll

On alt-click:

1. Let it load
2. Wait for next button appearance
3. click it
4. GOTO 1 three times

I’m afraid this feature cannot be restored, because the form’s action attribute doesn’t contain the first parameter anymore:
