`clean-dashboard` is uncollapsing the releases too

- The bug is caused by Refined GitHub. It doesn’t happen if I disable the extension.

Description
clean-dashboard
should uncollapse only the starred updated. Releases updates in the newsfeed should be kept collapsed.
