Should features be named "shortcut" or "hotkey"?

Heck, there’s even keyboard-navigation.
Inconsistent names just make them hard to search, some renaming would be better.
Since GitHub calls them “Keyboard shortcuts” we probably want to follow suit.

You’re right about changing the actual feature name for little benefits, but we can still do stuff like #5389 (i.e. improve the description so whether you search for “hotkey” and “shortcut” related features will appear)
