Dear Daniel, I found something in another post https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/issues/12904 i ran a conda list and found that some of the packages are installed using pip. I read that pip install and conda install are not compatible. So i created a new environment and installed spyder using conda install . Now the completion and linting error does not come and am also able to see the completion… thanks for your support… Best regards

Thanks for the feedback @pachu-um ! Indeed mixing packages (pip installed vs conda installed) can cause things to not work properly. Glad is working for you now, will close this then 😃
