I suggest opening the app console using <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> <kbd>Shift</kbd> <kbd>I</kbd> and seeing what it says.
I don’t believe there’s anything actionable on here. The remainder appears to be yet another case of https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/issues/22563.
