add config publish option
See original GitHub issuei don’t think using php artisan vendor:publish --provider="..." is harder and more time consuming than creating the ziggy config file manually.

I rarely use it, but always like seeing sample configs in vendor folder. Apparently Taylor recently made
artisan vendor:publishless intrusive, as it now asksY/Nbefore publishing each file I think?Okay fine. 😛 I’ll merge a PR with an artisan vendor publish. Probably won’t include it in the docs for now. Just there for an example config.
If you PR, please write up a nice little comment for each config option for inline documentation.
